Since 1985, United Taxi & Fleet Management has been serving the communities of New York as one of the most trusted and reputable taxi operations.

LEAP Taxi (“LEAP”) is a New York-based taxi and rideshare management company. It is the successor to United Taxi Management (“UTM”), a business founded, owned, and operated by Savas Tsitiridis since 1996. Tsitiridis is an experienced entrepreneur with a successful track record in fleet and medallion management.
LEAP is currently transitioning the UTM fleet from internal combustion engines (“ICE”) to electric vehicles (“EVs”). As part of this transition, LEAP is raising capital to build its first EV charging station. This station will not only serve LEAP’s fleet but will also provide charging services to other fleet operators and the general public.
